By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
If you are not comfortable with my T.O.S and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
Client is aware and accept that health issues can delay their commission (I cannot control this.)PAYMENTS
● Payment Up-Front, artwork will not be started until payment is received in full after sketch.
● Additional payment for commercial rights. (for merch and selling) + 50%
(Does not apply for Carrd Commissions)
● Additional payment for NDA + 50%REVISIONS
(Does not apply to Skeb like commissions)
● WIP’S are provided during the sketch, flat coloring and final confirmation stage.
● Maximum of 3 minor revisions.
● Edits / Corrections are subjected to additional fees depending on complexity and if it is after the cleaned sketch stage.
● Once the stage of line art is accepted by the commissioner, it cannot be changed again later.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
● Average wait time: 3-6 weeks (smaller projects) 2-4 months (larger projects).
● If you have a deadline, inform me beforehand.
Rush orders will have an additional fee. 50%USE
● Artwork for personal use only. Credit me on your profile once posted, on any platforms/websites.
● I DO NOT allow my artwork to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit; unless an agreement has been met or payment has been received for this use.
● DO NOT edit my works without my permission.
● I STRICTLY prohibit usage for NFT (Non Fungible Token) / AI Learning or useREFUNDS
● Strictly no refunds.
A refund will only happen in the case that I am unable to complete your commission.COMMUNICATION
